In this project, I developed a digital concept for DSB aimed at enhancing the travel experience through innovative technologies. Based on research, surveys, and user interviews, I designed a prototype featuring AI-driven customer support, improved real-time communication on delays, and a modernized app interface. The solution also emphasized sustainability by reducing paper waste and optimizing operations with AI and IoT.
