As part of my bachelor project in Digital Concept Development, I developed a new digital concept for MineTilbud (now Dayli) with the goal of increasing user retention and engagement. The solution, “Udforsk & Beløn”, introduces: A new Explore section with personalized and location-based offers to inspire users beyond ad-hoc searches. A gamified reward system with receipt scanning and a point shop, allowing users to collect points and redeem them for gift cards. The concept is based on extensive user research, market analysis, and prototyping, and is strategically aligned with Dayli’s transition from a digital offer catalogue to an intelligent everyday assistant. This project demonstrates how user-centered and data-driven design can transform insights into tangible solutions that create value for both users and businesses.
